It's odd that there is so little info on what appears to be a major issue. We are not, and that might be the problem. My best guess is that it might be working for people if they are using https. I have tried Citrix receiver Still no cure to this problem here. I am facing the same error but on OS X Yosemiteplease let me know if any one is able to find a solution. I still get the 'Cannot connect to server' error. Unfortunately, rolling back to a previous version of Receiver did not work. It seems no one else is having this problem.
That works fine but they all prefer Receiver. Does anyone have a workaround? For now, I'm having those people use the web login via a browser. This didn't happen with any previous versions of Apple OSX. When they get to the add account dialog box, they enter the addess of our XenApp server and select add, it thinks about it for a while and then gives the error 'Cannot connect to server'. In all cases, they can no longer login to Receiver.
I've got a number of people here who decided they needed to upgrade their Mac to El Capitan.
